Acid in the Style of Scaruffi (2022)
Selected Markov Chains 85-92
Generative fanzine comprised of “poetry” made with a really simple, homebrewed markov-chain trained on Piero Scaruffi’s website, the home of the writings of the prolific italian critic and writer.
The system was then prompted with keywords of the Sound Studies jargon, generating short and twisted descriptions that ressemble possible music.
Made as an exercise of creative coding right before the cusp of widespread commercial large language models and chatbots such as chatGPT.
